デンマーク建築には日本の様式から強く影響を受けたデザインが数多く存在します。影響は直接的なもの、間接的なもの様々ですが、日本の緻密で繊細なデザインや、素材を活かす感性は、デンマークの現代デザイナーの最高峰の作品のなかに見て取れます。本展では、日本からの影響を受けたデンマークの建築家やデザイナーによる1950年から2020年にかけての作品をご覧いただけます。再現図面やスケッチ画、写真、模型など、数々の展示をお楽しみください。
Danish architecture and design is strongly influenced by the Japanese tradition and the inspiration from Japan is both indirect and direct. Well-cultivated details and mastery of material are Japanese values that are seen in the works of the best contemporary Danish designers.
